As Chief Operations Officer for The Jernigan Group at Compass, Tabitha is the operational backbone of the team, ensuring every listing, timeline, and client touchpoint is executed with precision. She supports and coordinates the team’s day-to-day operations while continually elevating the client experience through thoughtful organization, proactive communication, and a calm command of the details.
Tabitha brings an extensive background in operations management, planning, administration, and event execution, developed through work with national organizations. That breadth of experience translates seamlessly into real estate, where consistency and detail matter most. From pre-listing preparation through closing, she oversees the systems and logistics that keep each transaction moving smoothly, supporting the standard clients expect from a team recognized by RealTrends + The Wall Street Journal, including a #1 Franklin ranking for volume and transactions.

In addition to managing operations and listing coordination, Tabitha leads many of the team’s client events and community engagements, creating experiences that strengthen relationships and reflect the team’s commitment to Nashville.
Before her work in real estate, Tabitha served as Executive Assistant to the CEO of the American Red Cross in Nashville, sharpening the discretion, responsiveness, and leadership that define her role today. A Nashville native, Tabitha is proud to serve the same community where she was raised, and takes special care in helping clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
