Meet Ansley
Ansley brings a fresh, strategic perspective to The Jernigan Group’s marketing, blending creativity with an analytical mindset and a genuine love for Middle Tennessee. Currently studying marketing at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she enjoys the process of planning and executing campaigns that tell a story, create momentum, and connect with the right audience. She’s especially energized by diving into insights and performance data, using what she learns to refine strategy and continuously improve results.

Born and raised in Brentwood, Tennessee, Ansley’s deep familiarity with the Nashville area naturally fuels her interest in real estate and the lifestyle-driven marketing that defines it. She’s passionate about showcasing what makes Middle Tennessee special, its neighborhoods, energy, and sense of place, and brings that local lens to the content and campaigns she supports.
Through her coursework in consumer behavior, marketing research, and demand management, Ansley brings a strong understanding of what drives engagement. With an optimistic, detail-driven approach, she supports the team’s brand presence and listing marketing. As part of a RealTrends + The Wall Street Journal–recognized team, including a #1 Franklin ranking for volume and transactions, she collaborates on social media, print and digital campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives to keep every deliverable thoughtful, on-brand, and polished.
Outside of her internship, Ansley enjoys going to the gym, taking walks with friends, and trying new coffee shops around town.
