That blend gives her a unique edge in real estate: she understands how buyers think and what motivates decisions, and she knows how to translate a home’s story into marketing that reaches the right audience with intention and impact. As a Tennessee native who has moved 12 times but always found her way back to Middle Tennessee, Abby also appreciates the true meaning of “home” and the care it takes to guide people through change.
As the Marketing & Project Manager for The Jernigan Group at Compass, Abby supports the team by keeping listings, launches, and client-facing deliverables organized, on-brand, and executed with precision. From coordinating timelines and details behind the scenes to overseeing social media, digital marketing, and event planning, she helps ensure each property is positioned thoughtfully and promoted strategically, maximizing visibility and reaching the right buyers at the right time. Her work supports a team recognized by RealTrends + The Wall Street Journal, including a #1 Franklin ranking for volume and transactions.
