Marketing Intern – Fall 2025

Job Description:

• Proficient in: Facebook, Instagram & YouTube
• Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator in content planning and management
• Write copy for social media content and company wide collateral
• Researching on content for social media posting to help organically grow social media presence/followers
• Social Media Monitoring
• Event Management
• Client-Facing support
• Listing Marketing
• Assist Marketing Coordinator in marketing training/social media workshops for agents
• Ability to utilize resources independently
• Assist in any Real Estate needs within the team
• Video editing is a plus
• Part Time

Location: Franklin, TN

Work Location: In person

Experience:

• Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred, Not Required)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred, Not Required)

Requirements:

• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable & loyal
• Detail oriented & organized
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• College Student or Recent College Graduate with experience/interest in real estate, marketing, communication or any field of study
• Thoughtful about learning and building skills in a creative, professional environment
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
• Reliable Transportation

Education:

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree
